Sometimes it's hard to focus. Sometimes it's hard to breath. Sometimes it's hard to think.
The human brain can only process so much information at any given moment, but why not more? Is the human race fated to gain much more intelligence over time and evolution, or are we destined to become dumb giants. Even though technology, among other things, has evolved over time, it seems we are still simply materialistic and needy.
I recently read somewhere, that I am an INFP (based on the Myers-Briggs personality types), and am creative, smart, an idealist, an observer, and a dream. There's a lot of time in the day that is lost to my dreaming. One of the biggest things I've come to understand about my personality is not to have impossibly high expectations. Some say "the grass is greener on the other side", but most will agree we can never find that 'greener side' and that we are simply lost wandering the thing we call life. Every dream/nightmare I've ever had no matter how awesome/scary it has been has always been realistic and an incredible experience. Of course we only truly go here when we are resting. I enjoy the dream realm because it's my 'greener side'.
A few psychologists say that people daydream to get away from their terrible or mundane life. Or that people daydream because they are bored or not happy in life. I disagree. I'm perfectly happy with my life right now granted my career is not where I wish it to be, but that's all in due time. I don't need fancy cars, or flashy objects. I'm content with what I own and what I have in my life. I don't need any particular item to classify me or show off, I wear my emotion so you can see who I really am.
The only way we can change the future is if we change ourselves.
Sometimes its harder than most. That's why we can dream. Dream of a better place while we try to change ourselves. Off my personality type it stated, writes well but very shy from true thoughts or feelings. This is me, changing my future. Not every one will listen to this or read this, but for those that do I thank you. Maybe you read it because you were bored, or you read it to know more about me. Maybe you read it because you have some belief or some inkling of a thought that there is more out there in this universe than the simple material things we have here.
So all that being said, I'll see you on the other side.
